Decongestion Bandages

USE

1) Wrap the soaked bandage around the leg starting at the ankle, overlapping the edges by about 1cm. Do not apply too tightly. When you reach the knee, straighten the leg and continue applying the bandage to the inner thigh.

2) Secure the edge by passing it under the last turn of the bandage. Repeat the process

on the other leg.

3) Put on the pants and tie them in a knot.

4) Relax and leave it on for at least 50 minutes.

5) Remove the bandages and gently massage to remove any residue, using downward to upward motions to enhance the effects of the treatment.

THE BANDAGES CAN BE WASHED AND REUSED UP TO 8 TIMES IN COMBINATION WITH THEIR REPLACEMENT. MAINTAIN CASE ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTIONS.

PREPARATION FOR NEXT USE
