Delivery policy
There are two delivering methods:
•www.galinos4all.gr will arrange for the products to be delivered by courier to the address for delivery indicated in your order.
•Via Geniki Taxydromiki (Courier) and his Internation Partner Courier. The shipping costs are variable depending on deifferent shipping factors (country, weight, box, etc).
•Pickup at the store ‘Alvanoudi Neratzia, Konstantinoupoleos 201, 68200, Orestiada, Greece.’.
You will be informed by an e-mail as soon as products are shipped.
Availability of products
In case of non-availability of the products you ordered, you will be informed by an e-mail as soon as possible for the possible date of delivery.
If you wish to cancel the contract between you and www.galinos4all.gr, you must send an e-mail to www.galinos4all.gr within 48 hours after the day you received the e-mail with the information of non-availability of products. Otherwise www.galinos4all.gr will process your order.
Germany Delivery
In case of Germany if your order is up to 2kg the shipping cost is 19.68€.
If your order is more than 2kg you will be charged with an additional cost which depends on the weight of your order. In this case we will contact with you in order to inform you about the additional cost. For further information you can contact us at sales@www.galinos4all.gr
Your order will be delievered within 3 working days
if your order is more than 5kg the shipping cost will be 55€ for 10kg and your order will be delivered in 7 working days

Cyprus Delivery
In case of Cyprus if your order is up to 5kg the shipping cost is 8€.
If your order is more than 5kg you will be charged with an additional cost which depends on the weight of your order. In this case we will contact with you in order to inform you about the additional cost. For further information you can contact us at sales@www.galinos4all.gr
Your order will be delivered within 7 working days, as shipments to Cyprus are executed on a weekly basis, on Tuesday. To ensure that your order will be shipped on Tuesday, you must have completed it two days earlier, by the end of Sunday.
