Price and payment

You are responsible for all customs charges (including any outbound customs fees if applicable).

In addition to the price of the products, you may have to pay a delivery charge, which will be as stated when you pay for the products.

Payment must be made with the submission of your order. www.galinos4all.gr may withhold the products and/or cancel the contract between you and www.galinos4all.gr if the price is not received from you in full in cleared funds.

Delivery policy

There are two delivering methods:

•Pickup at the store ‘Alvanoudi Neratzia, Konstantinoupoleos 201, 68200, Orestiada, Greece.’.

You will be informed by an e-mail as soon as products are shipped.

Availability of products

In case of non-availability of the products you ordered, you will be informed by an e-mail as soon as possible for the possible date of delivery.

If you wish to cancel the contract between you and www.galinos4all.gr, you must send an e-mail to www.galinos4all.gr within 48 hours after the day you received the e-mail with the information of non-availability of products. Otherwise www.galinos4all.gr will process your order.

Force majeure

www.galinos4all.gr shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance to the extent that delay or failure is caused by causes beyond its control ‘force majeure conditions’, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, explosion, war, strike, embargo, government requirement, civil or military authority, act of omission of carriers or other similar causes. Order cancellation policy

You may cancel a distance contract to purchase a product or products from www.galinos4all.gr at any time until you receive the mail for the shipment of your order. After that you cannot cancel an order.

Returns policy

All products purchased from www.galinos4all.gr may be returned by mail within 14 days of receipt. (subject to the limitations set out below).

All items must be returned unopened and unused for refund or an exchange. All returns should be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice included with the shipment.

You are responsible for return shipping and insurance of products while return shipping. www.galinos4all.gr encourages you to use a shipping service that has package tracking available as www.galinos4all.gr will issue refunds only after the product return is received and inspected by our staff.

Original shipping is non-refundable.

If you cancel a contract on this basis and you do not return the products to us, we may recover the products and charge you for the costs we incur in doing so. Similarly, if you return the products at our expense, they won’t be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
