USE
Apply an adequate (*) amount of sunscreen evenly to the uncovered parts of the body 30 minutes before exposure to sunlight.
Repeat use frequently, especially after heavy sweating, swimming and wiping.
Avoid direct and prolonged exposure to sunlight even if you are using sunscreen. Excessive exposure to the sun is a serious risk to your health.
Avoid exposure to intense midday sun.
