Wild Oregano oil 10% is an essential oil of organically grown oregano in Greece (Origanum vulgare spp. Hirtum) in organic olive oil with a very high content of hydroxytyrosol (15mg - 20mg per 20g of olive oil). INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Inside: 10 to 20 drops 2 times a day sublingually or dissolved in water or juice.
External application: Topical application (acne, insect bite, toothache, dandruff, etc.): 1 to 2 drops topically.
Massage (chest, joints, feet, etc.): Add 20 to 25 drops in a tablespoon of vegetable oil (almond oil, jojoba oil, etc.) and apply to the affected area.
