Sky Premium Life Collagen 480mL
"Sky Premium Life Collagen is a high content hydrolyzed type I collagen (8 g in a single dose). Enriched with hyaluronic acid, vitamin B complex (B1, B2, B5 and B6), vitamin C, copper and zinc. "
Collagen is in the form of peptides that have already been separated to a suitable size for absorption by the human body. The molecular weight of the small peptides contributes to its better absorption.
These peptides are composed of 18 basic amino acids, with a particularly high concentration of Glycine 24%, Proline / Hydroxyprolin 26%, Essential Amino Acids 18%, Glutamic Acid 7%, Arginine 10%, Alanine 8%. This particular amino acid composition provides collagen peptides with functional properties that cannot be found in other protein sources.
These peptides are bioavailable and highly digestible, allowing more than 90% of collagen to be absorbed by the body within a few hours of ingestion.
Collagen in combination with vitamins and minerals can contribute to the following:
> Helps maintain a firmer, brighter, softer, more elastic and smoother skin.
> Contributes to increase skin hydration by 28%, reduce microwave by 26% and increase skin elasticity by 19%.
> Contributes to the regeneration and healing of tendons and ligaments.
> Helps maintain healthy joints and bones. It can cause increased chondrocyte synthesis ("cartilage cells"), leading to increased production of aggregates and type 2 collagen, the two main components of cartilage. This can reduce the degenerative effects of cartilage on osteoarthritis.
> Helps reduce pain and symptoms of osteoporosis, stimulates osteoblasts, restores natural elasticity and bone strength.
> Helps prevent the side effects of sarcopenia (loss of muscle mass).
> Helps maintain healthy nails and healthy and strong hair.
> Helps to improve the immune system.
> Helps improve traffic.
