Supplement with omega 3 fatty acids from fish oils
Solgar's Omega 3 Double Strength dietary supplement contains a high content of the natural polyunsaturated omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA from molecularly distilled, high-purity fish oils. Omega 3 fats protect the cardiovascular and nervous systems, and act against joint inflammation and help regulate cholesterol and triglycerides.
EPA & DHA: Contribute to the normal function of the heart (with a daily intake of 250 mg). In an amount of 3 grams per day, they contribute to the maintenance of normal triglyceride levels in the blood, normal blood pressure and normal heart function
DHA: Contributes to the normal function of the brain and vision (with a daily intake of 250 mg)
Contraindications-Interactions
EPA reduces blood pressure, increasing the effect of antihypertensive drugs.
It is also contraindicated with the simultaneous administration of anticoagulants and contraceptive drugs.
Dosage
1-4 soft capsules daily.
Directions for Use
Preferably taken with meals.
Side Effects
People with shellfish and fish allergies may experience an allergy to dietary supplements with Omega 3 fatty acids.
Storage - Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool environment up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Improper storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity and storage in freezing conditions may cause deterioration of the product.
