Irritable Bowel Syndrome (also known as spastic colitis) is a common functional disorder of the colon. It is a chronic recurrent disease, which while not life threatening, nevertheless significantly affects the quality of life of people who develop it.
The main factors associated with the development of irritable bowel symptoms are:
> Change in the composition of the intestinal microbiome.
Disorder of bowel motility with contractions associated with diarrhea or constipation, bloating, flatulence and pain.
> Consumption of foods that cause increased gas production.
Development of local inflammation in the intestinal wall.
USE
Take 1 tablet twice daily between meals or before meals or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not exceed the dose of 4 tablets per day. In case of acute pain the dose can be doubled. Depending on the severity of the condition, it is recommended to extend the dose for 2 to 6 weeks and repeat it in case of possible recurrence of the initial symptoms.
